1. Purpose of Application

– Customer Information, as well as communications between Customers and Hanoi Sydney Dental Clinic, are stored and secured by the system of Hanoi Sydney Dental Clinic. Payment card information will be protected by Hanoi Sydney Dental Clinic’s payment gateway partners in accordance with international PCI DSS standards.
– Hanoi Sydney Dental Clinic implements appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized access or use of Customer Information. The clinic also regularly collaborates with security experts to update the latest cybersecurity measures to ensure the safety of Customer Information when Customers access, register accounts, and/or use the website’s features. Customer Information is stored on secure servers and protected by firewall systems, access control measures, and data encryption.
– Payment card information is protected by Hanoi Sydney Dental Clinic’s payment gateway partners according to international standards. Hanoi Sydney Dental Clinic does not allow third parties to track or collect Customer Information on its affiliated websites.
– For closed accounts, we still retain Customers’ Personal Information and access records for purposes such as fraud prevention, investigation, and customer support. Such Personal Information will be stored on the system for a maximum of 12 (twelve) months from the date the account is closed. After this period, Hanoi Sydney Dental Clinic will permanently delete the Personal Information.

If Hanoi Sydney Dental Clinic detects intentional fraud, impersonation, or illegal data distribution, it has the right to provide Customer Personal Information to competent authorities in accordance with the law.

– Hanoi Sydney Dental Clinic has the right to use Customer Information, including but not limited to:
– Providing services/utilities tailored to Customers’ needs and usage habits when accessing Hanoi Sydney Dental Clinic;
– Detecting and preventing fraudulent activities, account misuse, or identity impersonation on Hanoi Sydney Dental Clinic;
– Contacting, supporting, and resolving issues with Customers in special cases.
2.4. Links to Other Websites
– Customers are responsible for protecting their account information and must not provide any account or password details on other websites except when logging in through the official website of Hanoi Sydney Dental Clinic at https://nhakhoahanoisydney.vn/
– Customers are not responsible for any issues arising when accessing Hanoi Sydney Dental Clinic from websites other than its official website.
2.5. Sharing Customer Information
